Adv. (Dr.) Shraddha

Adv. (Dr.) Shraddha Gujar- Damle is Intellectual Property (IP) Professional with 18 years of experience. Currently working with Gaming and Entertainment industry based in Pune as their In-House IP Counsel. She is a registered as Indian Patent Agent and enrolled with Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa.

In addition to her Industrial experience, she has over a decade of teaching experience, and has been associated as Guest Lecturer at various Law, Management, Engineering Schools and Biomedical Schools at Pune. She is regularly invited as a ‘Speaker’ at national and international events to deliver presentation on various topics pertaining to IP, technology, AI, Music and Gaming/Esports.

She is also a Co- Chair for Education Committee – (Colleges and Universities) Indian IP Alliance (Subsidiary of Global IP Alliance – USA)
