Adv. Satya Singh

Adv. Satya Singh is a legal academician, practicing advocate, researcher and certified professional with experience spanning legal education, litigation, legal compliance, taxation, mediation, and legal research. She holds an LL.M. in Business Law and is currently pursuing doctoral research in Law.

With diverse teaching experience across leading educational institutions, she has taught students from LL.B., LL.M., B.A. LL.B. and MBA programmes. Her areas of teaching include different law subjects like Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Labour Law, Commercial Law, Direct Taxation, Legal Aspects of Business, Transfer of Property Law, Special Contracts etc.Her teaching methodology focuses on connecting legal theory with practical applications, contemporary developments, case laws and real world professional challenges.

She is currently engaged as a Visiting Lecturer at Bharati Vidyapeeth’s Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship Development (IMED), where she teaches Legal Aspects of Business to MBA students and at Vijaybhoomi University, where she teaches Direct Taxation to law students. Guest Lectures at ILS LL.M. department on Interpretation of Statute. She also teaches LL.M. students at Suryadatta Group of Institutes and has previously served as Visiting Faculty at MIT World Peace University and Bharati Vidyapeeth’s New Law College.She is also a Certified Mediator and Certified POSH Trainer.

Her academic and professional engagements further include serving as a moot court and debate judge, guest lecturer, panel member at Lok Adalat and trustee in a social impact organisation. Her areas of professional interest include legal compliance, corporate and commercial law, taxation, dispute resolution, arbitration, labour and employment law, POSH and legal research.
