Mr. Vedant S V Yete is an Assistant Professor in Sociological Development and a passionate Research Analyst specializing in Socio-Criminal Psychology &  Economics. Committed to fostering critical thinking and dynamic learning experiences, his academic journey showcases dedication to teaching and learning.

With Gold Medals in both Bachelor’s (BA Sociology) and Master (MA Sociology) degrees from Savitribai Phule  Pune University, he is currently pursuing an MA in Economics, with expertise in diverse subjects including Pedagogy, Political Sociology, and Behavioral Economics, Econometrics, and Biostatistics. He presented his Research Paper at the 48th National Level Sociological Conference 2023 in the Research Committee Economy and Society. His research explores impactful topics such as Financial Factors on Productivity and Gender-based Discrimination in Criminology. He has extensive teaching experience as a Guest Lecturer at various senior colleges in Maharashtra for Gender Sensitization, Criminal

Psychological Approaches, and Political Sociology. He has varied experience working with the best NGOs in Maharashtra, Jammu Kashmir, and Delhi. In addition, he has completed all the Seven Exams of Performing Arts, having Tabla Visharad Purna from Akhil Bhartiya Gandharva Mahavidyalaya Mandal Mumbai, and won 3 Times All India National Level Music Competitions leads to selection in International Music Fest in Dubai, France & Singapore. With a teaching approach that integrates Sociology and Economics expertise, he aims to nurture intellectual growth and critical thinking. Eager to contribute to Suryadatta Law College’s mission, he brings a deep-rooted passion for imparting knowledge and creating engaging academic atmospheres.
